Hill and Knowlton has set up shop in the county.
The New York-based public relations firm has moved into new quarters in Newport Beach’s MacArthur Court. Six staffers are there to start, but the office anticipates growing to 10 within the next year, said Bill Ott, a vice president.

Gary Odegard, a 38-year-old vice president with H&K;, manages the office.
