J. F. Schulte, chief financial officer at City National Bank in Beverly Hills, has been named vice chairman. The bank also promoted several people to executive vice president: Jeffrey Cove, real estate loans; Edward Linsley, head office loans; Thomas O’Mara, investments; Irene Romero, entertainment; Roger Sharp, regional administration, and Geoffrey Williams, trust.
