Varied Views of Martinez

The recent letter from Richard Tyler, former public relations boss for the Magic Mountain organization, succinctly strengthens the principle of this great country’s protective balances: “You say and think your beliefs and I’ll say mine as long as we are not impinging on your’s or my constitutionally granted liberties.”
I believe Martinez’ observations were based on a certain aura of potential mischief when he noticed a somewhat extra cautionary effort shown by security personnel at the “Mountain’s” entrance when “gang-like” groups appeared.
Martinez implied the cause of the “brotherhoods” of gangs when he refers to economic frustrations, etc. The majority (statistically) of the current gang violence is emanating from certain minorities that Martinez references.
Surprisingly, I agree that the problems both Tyler and Martinez invoke do exist. I believe it will take someone more intelligent than the three of us to solve the above enigma!
