Police Arrest Fugitive on Most-Wanted List

San Diego police have apprehended one of the department’s 10 most-wanted fugitives.
About 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, two officers walking in the 4100 block of 46th Street spotted Samuel Louis Harrel, 33, in an alley and arrested him. He had been sought by the Police Department’s fugitive unit for possession of narcotics, sale of narcotics and parole violation since March, said police spokesman Bill Robinson.
