Judge Guilty of Bribery

CHICAGO — Former Cook County Circuit Judge Martin Hogan was found guilty Monday of taking bribes, becoming the 13th jurist convicted in the federal Operation Greylord investigation of the nation’s largest court system. Hogan, 48, was convicted of one count each of racketeering and racketeering conspiracy and three counts of filing false income tax returns.
