LAPD’s Secretive Investigations Unit: Watching as Suspects Commit Crimes
- Share via
Once again The Times is trying to find ways to stop law enforcement from doing its job. The fact is the police know who the bad guys are. You mention that “Man for man, the little-known surveillance squad has shot more suspects than any other unit in the Police Department.” Perhaps that’s because it deals with the most dangerous criminals. The SIS detectives have to wait until a suspect commits a serious crime or they couldn’t get the scumbags off the streets. It would be a tragedy if your liberal whimpering costs the citizens of Los Angeles an effective police unit.
