A judge today ordered an art gallery owner to stop parking his Rolls-Royce illegally on Rodeo Drive, even if he thinks he is restoring “glitter and glamour” to the famed Beverly Hills shopping district.
Superior Court Judge Edward Kakita issued a preliminary injunction that bars David Spellerberg from parking the 1954 Rolls-Royce on the street beyond the posted one-hour limit, within any four-hour period.
