Speaking Out on Orange County Elections : Campaign Mailer on Pollution of Harbor

Measure K on the Newport Beach ballot calls for the specific exemption of “public benefit facilities.” Why do the proponents continue to lie about exemptions for a single family residence?
Measure K states “the Planning Commission and the City Council make written findings stating the exemption granted and the facts justifying the exemption” on residential construction “such as remodeling or rebuilding an existing house.”
No fiscal impact study or environmental impact report was required of this gang of local elitists and their San Francisco law firm when putting together this monstrous incursion of my private property rights.
Vote No on Measure K.
