Colombian Jailed as Spy

DUESSELDORF, West Germany — A 35-year-old Colombian engineer was jailed for 27 months on Monday for spying for the Soviet KGB intelligence service. A Duesseldorf court sentenced Jose Maria Amaya Fajardo for providing technical data from the West German plant and pipeline construction firm that had employed him.
