Richard M. Furlaud has retired as president of New York-based Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. The company said there are no plans to name a successor. Furlaud became president when Squibb Corp. merged with Bristol-Myers Co. in 1989. Before the merger, Furlaud had been chairman and chief executive of Squibb Corp.
