Calabasas-based Lockheed Corp. announced four senior appointments, effective Jan. 1.
William T. Vinson, 48, corporate vice president-secretary and assistant general counsel, will become vice president and general counsel when Joseph G. Twomey, 65, retires from the corporation’s senior legal post at the end of December.
Carol Werner Marshall, 38, a Lockheed attorney for 10 years, will succeed Vinson as corporate vice president-secretary and assistant general counsel.
Robert C. Gusman, 59, a key member of the legal staff, was promoted to staff vice president-assistant general counsel and assistant secretary.
William R. Sorenson, 50, now corporate staff vice president of manufacturing, was elected corporate vice president of operations to succeed E. Allen Thompson, 65, who will retire.
