Nutri-System Settles Lawsuits: The weight-loss company said it has settled 189 suits filed by women who charged that they developed gallbladder problems while on the company’s diet. Terms of the settlement were not released. “These claims or lawsuits are over, and we have no further comment,” Nutri-System Inc. spokesman Tim Smith said. One suit remains unresolved.
