William K. Doyle has joined Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co as managing director and head of its Los Angeles corporate finance group.
Doyle joined Smith Barney from Prudential Securities, where he headed its West Coast investment banking group. Doyle is filling a new position at the firm.
