A Big Opener Planned Friday at Irvine Lake

The Eastern Sierra trout season is over, but the Irvine Lake season is just beginning--in a big way.
Lake personnel are in the process of stocking eight tons of trout--some to 15 pounds--for Friday’s opener.
“This year’s opening is expected to produce lots of big rainbows and quick limits,” a news release said.
