SANTA PAULA : Urias Succeeds Melton as Mayor

The Santa Paula City Council selected Alfonso Urias as its new mayor Monday, replacing John Melton, who has served for the past year.
Urias takes the mayor’s post for the third time since he was elected to City Council in 1974.
