Mater Dei and Loyola to Play Friday at Santa Ana Stadium

Mater Dei High School will play host to Loyola in the semifinals of the Southern Section Division I football playoffs at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Santa Ana Stadium.
The game was originally set for Saturday night but was rescheduled when facilities at Santa Ana Stadium, Orange Coast College and Cerritos College were unavailable. The game is a rematch: Four weeks ago, Loyola defeated Mater Dei, 28-20, in Angelus League play.
In the Division II semifinals, Irvine (10-2) will meet Muir (8-4) at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Glendale High School.
In the Division X semifinals, Southern California Christian (10-2) will play host to Rosamond (10-2) at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Western High School.
