FULLERTON : Burglary Suspect Wounded by Officer

An off-duty Anaheim police officer shot and critically wounded a burglary suspect in his condominium Monday afternoon, police said.
Antonio V. Galindo, 30, was shot in the torso at 11:12 a.m. as he was allegedly burglarizing the officer’s condominium. Galindo was reported in critical condition Monday night at UCI Medical Center in Orange.
Police said no charges were filed against the officer, who was not identified. Police also would give no details of the shooting or say whether Galindo was armed.
