France Bans Christmas Sprays: France banned aerosols that spray streamers, artificial snowflakes, stars and other flammable Christmas party novelties. The action came after a young man was disfigured by an exploding insecticide can after lighting a match. The Ministry of Commerce also ordered manufacturers to put warnings on cans containing other kinds of inflammable propulsion gases.
