Thomas Pastore is the CEO and cofounder of Sanli Pastore & Hill, Inc., with over 30 years of experience in financial consulting. He specializes in intellectual property and intangible asset valuation, damages analyses, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and litigation consulting. He has served as an expert witness in federal and state courts, testifying in over 60 trials and 200 depositions. Pastore has valued businesses across industries, including technology, retail, services and manufacturing. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), he holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.B.A. from Bryant College. An active educator, he teaches valuation, taxation and redevelopment topics and is an official instructor for the California Redevelopment Association and SP&H’s Goodwill Loss Valuation Workshops.
