Real estate investor and reality show star Jeff Lewis has sold a Los Feliz-area house featured on “Flipping Out” for $2,325,000.
The renovated 1960s post-and-beam home emphasizes modern California style, clean lines and open spaces in its more than 3,000 square feet of living space. Sited in the Oaks neighborhood above a gated driveway, the two-story contemporary has views from Hollywood to the ocean. The first of two master bedroom suites has city views, a spa tub and a walk-in closet. The other features a fireplace and a patio with access to the swimming pool and spa. There are two more bedrooms, each with bathrooms.
Property records show that he bought the property in March 2007 for $1.7 million.
Lewis stars on the Bravo’s series in which he buys, remodels and sells homes for profit. The show recently completed its fourth season.
Boni Bryant and Joe Reichling of Sotheby’s International Realty’s Sunset office and Caroline Berkman Lewis of Prudential California, Beverly Hills, had the listing. Steve Sanders of Coldwell Banker, Sunset Boulevard, represented the buyer.
