Genscher Visits Poland

WARSAW — West German Foreign Minister Hans-Dietrich Genscher arrived Sunday for a three-day official visit to Poland expected to include talks with Poland’s leader, Gen. Wojciech Jaruzelski, as well as opposition and church leaders.
