Repair Shop Needs Tools, Workers

The St. Vincent de Paul repair shop is seeking materials and volunteers to repair donated items that can be sold to aid the poor in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange. The repair shop has adequate room but is in need of hand tools, power tools and electrical-testing equipment. Volunteers are also needed to work in the shop, which is adjacent to the St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Shop at 1727 W. La Palma Ave. in Anaheim. Proceeds raised from the repaired items will be used to feed, clothe and aid the poor in Orange County through St. Vincent de Paul services. For information, call (714) 527-7688.
