Houghton Mifflin Co. announced that Robert F. Baker, president of the publishing company, has resigned.
No reason was given for the departure. Nader F. Darehshori, chairman and chief executive, said Boston-based Houghton Mifflin was “grateful for Bob Baker’s contribution to the development and implementation of our technology plans.”
