Smart & Final Inc. announced the appointment of Dennis Chiavelli as senior vice president of operations, a position that had been open for several years.
Prior to the appointment, Chiavelli, 44, was executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Santa Barbara-based grocery company’s Casino Realty division.
