Coast Guard Continues Search for Woman

SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND — The Coast Guard is expected to resume its search today for a woman missing from a fishing boat that overturned near this island on Thursday.
Two men who were also aboard the 41-foot vessel, Fishers of Men, which docks in Long Beach, were rescued about 3 p.m. Thursday, said Chief Petty Officer Brandy Ian.
Tony Minna, 28, of Van Nuys and Joseph Wasielewski, 55, of Long Beach were not injured. The woman’s name was withheld pending notification of relatives.
The boat capsized about a mile northwest of the island.
